Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Orders within Cairo typically take between 2 to 6 business days.

• Delivery times may be longer if products are unavailable at the nearest branch or warehouse.

• Orders outside Cairo may require additional delivery time depending on the destination and shipping provider.

• In some cases, products may become unavailable after an order is placed due to simultaneous sales through our stores, website, or social media channels. In such cases, customers will be offered a suitable alternative or a full refund.

Exchange & Return Policy

• Products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the purchase date.

• A valid invoice or proof of purchase must be presented.

• Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

• Items showing signs of use, damage, missing parts, or damaged packaging will not be accepted.

• Products of a personal or hygienic nature may not be exchanged or returned after opening.

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever applicable.

• Gift items may only be exchanged when accompanied by the original gift receipt.
